Sounds with a light amount of reverb, and high volume (like lead vocals), will get pushed to the foreground of your mix. The more signal you send to the aux with the reverb, the more of the effect you’ll hear. Typically, a reverb is placed on an aux track, and a little bit of signal from each instrument/vocal track is sent to the reverb.
